Refund Policy

We do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items being defective or damaged in transit. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused or is in the same condition when you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at support@qodascooper.com with pictures of the damaged/defective items. Upon the receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full amount of your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages
QodaScooper is not responsible for stolen packages or lost packages due to the wrong address provided by the customer. We will try our best to provide the details of tracking information, including the date of delivery, shipping address, and shipping carrier information. We strongly advise you to contact your local post office to obtain the package or open a case to investigate the issues. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only do exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at support@qodascooper.com

Shipping
To return your product, mail your product to: Building 6, Futongcheng 3, Xixiang, 518102 

HongKong
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
